Hudson Pacific Properties (NYSE: HPP) reported Q3 FFO of $0.43, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.42. Revenue for the quarter came in at $151.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $155.18 million.

Hudson Pacific Properties sees FY2015 FFO of $1.60-$1.64.
