Tompkins Financial (NYSE: TMP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.44 per share, or $1.76 annualized. This is a 4.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.42.

The dividend will be payable on November 16, 2015, to stockholders of record on November 9, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of November 5, 2015.
