Ramco-Gershenson (RPT) Tops Q3 FFO by 5c

Ramco-Gershenson (NYSE: RPT) reported Q3 FFO of $0.37, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.32. Revenue for the quarter came in at $64.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $62.3 million.

Ramco-Gershenson sees FY2015 FFO of $1.37 - $1.39, versus the consensus of $1.30.
