American Airlines (NASDAQ: AAL) reported Q3 EPS of $2.77, $0.12 better than the analyst estimate of $2.65. Revenue for the quarter came in at $10.7 billion versus the consensus estimate of $10.73 billion.
Consolidated passenger revenue per ASM (PRASM) was 13.16 cents, down 6.8 percent versus the third quarter 2014. Consolidated passenger yield was 15.37 cents, down 9.2 percent year-over-year.
