CoreSite Realty (COR) Tops Q3 FFO by 3c

CoreSite Realty (NYSE: COR) reported Q3 FFO of $0.74, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.71. Revenue for the quarter came in at $86.56 million versus the consensus estimate of $82.57 million.

CoreSite Realty sees FY2015 FFO of $2.82 - $2.86, versus prior guidance of $2.75 - $2.83 and the consensus of $2.80.
