Omega Healthcare Investors (OHI) Tops Q2 FFO by 3c/Share

Omega Healthcare Investors (NYSE: OHI) reported Q2 FFO of $0.77, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.74. Revenue for the quarter came in at $197.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $159.85 million.

Sees Q3 AFFO of $0.77 - $0.78, versus prior expectations of $0.76 - $0.78 and sees Q4 AFO of $0.79 - $0.80.

OHI also sees FY15 AFFO of $3.04 - $3.06, from $2.98 - $3.04 prior.
