Rovi Corp. (NASDAQ: ROVI) reported Q2 EPS of $0.38, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.38. Revenue for the quarter came in at $127.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $130.95 million.

Rovi Corp. sees FY2015 EPS of $1.35-$1.60, versus prior guidance of $1.55-$185.00 and the consensus of $1.70. Rovi Corp. sees FY2015 revenue of $500-530 million, versus prior guidance of $535-565 million and the consensus of $546.6 million.
