Amphenol (NYSE: APH) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.14 per share, or $0.56 annualized. This is a 12% increase from the prior dividend of $0.125.

The dividend will be payable on October 4, 2015, to stockholders of record on September 9, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of September 4, 2015.
