Science Applications Int'l (NYSE: SAIC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.31 per share, or $1.24 annualized. This is a 10.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.28.

The dividend will be payable on July 30, 2015, to stockholders of record on July 15, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of July 13, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.3 percent.
