NetEase (NASDAQ: NTES) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.39 per share, or $1.56 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 5, 2015, to stockholders of record on May 27, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of May 22, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.1 percent.
