WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Easterly Government Properties, Inc. (NYSE: DEA), a fully integrated real estate investment trust focused primarily on the acquisition, development and management of Class A commercial properties leased to U.S. Government agencies, announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.11 per share of common stock. This dividend has been prorated to reflect the 49 days that the company was public during the first quarter. The dividend will be payable June 3, 2015 to shareholders of record as of May 18, 2015.
