Icahn Enterprises L.P. (NASDAQ: IEP) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.50 per share, or $6 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 30, 2015, to stockholders of record on May 19, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of May 15, 2015.
