eGain (EGAN) Tops Q3 EPS by 3c

eGain (NASDAQ: EGAN) reported Q3 EPS of ($0.09), $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.12). Revenue for the quarter came in at $19.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $19.5 million.

Adjusted EBITDA for the fiscal third quarter was $345,000, or $0.01 per share on a basic and diluted basis, compared to $258,000, or $0.01 per share on a basic and diluted basis, for the third quarter of fiscal 2014.
