Quad/Graphics (QUAD) Declares $0.30 Quarterly Dividend; 5.6% Yield

Quad/Graphics (NYSE: QUAD) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 19, 2015, to stockholders of record on June 8, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of June 4, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.6 percent.
