Arbor Realty Trust (ABR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 15.4% to $0.15; 8.7% Yield

Arbor Realty Trust (NYSE: ABR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized. This is a 15.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.13.

The dividend will be payable on June 1, 2015, to stockholders of record on May 15, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of May 13, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 8.7 percent.
