Fidelity National Information Services (NYSE: FIS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.26 per share, or $1.04 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on June 30, 2015, to stockholders of record on June 16, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of June 12, 2015.
