Blackhawk Network (NASDAQ: HAWK) reported Q1 EPS of $0.34, $0.16 better than the analyst estimate of $0.18. Revenue for the quarter came in at $164.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $139.22 million.

Blackhawk Network sees Q2 2015 EPS of $0.15-$0.16, versus the consensus of $0.33. Blackhawk Network sees Q2 2015 revenue of $171-181 million, versus the consensus of $169.22 million.

FY EPS is seen at $2.13-2.23 vs the consensus of $2.15. Operating revenue is seen at $840-$875 million vs the consensus of $841.87 million.
