Ventas (NYSE: VTR) reported Q1 FFO of $1.18, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $1.14. Revenue for the quarter came in at $884.02 million versus the consensus estimate of $855.06 million.
Ventas boosts FY2015 FFO outlook to $4.67 - $4.75 per share.
