NASDAQ OMX Group (NDAQ) Raises Quarterly Dividend 66.7% to $0.25; 2% Yield

NASDAQ OMX Group (NASDAQ: NDAQ) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, or $1 annualized. This is a 66.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.15.

The dividend will be payable on June 26, 2015, to stockholders of record on June 12, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of June 10, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2 percent.
