Macy's (M) Tops Q4 EPS by 4c; Issues Light FY15 EPS Outlook

Macy's (NYSE: M) reported Q4 EPS of $2.44, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $2.40. Revenue for the quarter came in at $9.36 billion versus the consensus estimate of $9.4 billion.

Comparable sales growth on an owned plus licensed basis for the fourth quarter was 2.5 percent. On an owned basis, fourth quarter comparable sales grew 2.0 percent.

Macy's sees FY2015 EPS of $4.70-$4.80, versus the consensus of $4.84.
