Thomson Reuters Corporation (NYSE: TRI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.335 per share, or $1.34 annualized. This is a 1.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.33.

The dividend will be payable on March 16, 2015, to stockholders of record on February 23, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of February 19, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.4 percent.
