Kimco Realty (NYSE: KIM) reported Q4 EPS of $0.35, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.35. Revenue for the quarter came in at $255.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $256.6 million.

Kimco Realty sees FY2015 EPS of $1.40-$1.44, versus the consensus of $1.46.
