TechTeam Global, Inc./Stefanini International Holdings Ltd
TechTeam Global, Inc. (Nasdaq: TEAM) and Stefanini International Holdings Ltd (d/b/a Stefanini IT Solutions) announced that they have entered into an agreement whereby Stefanini will make an offer to purchase all outstanding shares of TechTeam for $8.35 per share, or $93.4 million total. The merger will be made through a tender offer.
