T2 Partners
T2 Partners is a hedge fund formed in 2004 by Whitney Tilson and Glenn Tongue. Assets Under Management as of 2/28/2011 was $262 million.
For T2's 'Qualified Fund' the primary objective is to achieve long-term after-tax capital appreciation commensurate with moderate risk, primarily investing with long-term perspective in a concentrated portfolio of U.S.stocks.
The early part of 2011 proved to be rough for T2 as the fund was forced to cover a number of short bets on high flying stocks like Netflix (Nasdaq: NFLX).
