Monarch Activist Partners
Monarch Activist Partners is a Delaware based activist hedge fund formed in January 2006. James M. Chadwick is the founder and is the managing partner of Monarch. Prior to forming Monarch, Mr. Chadwick was the managing member of an activist hedge fund, Coast Investment Partners LLC, from January 2003 to June 2005. In addition, from April 1999 to October 2002, Mr. Chadwick served as an analyst for Relational Investors LLC, a registered investment advisor. Mr. Chadwick graduated with a BA in History from the University of California Los Angeles.
