Kenneth Feinberg
Kenneth Feinberg is a U.S. attorney who gained notoriety after being named "pay czar" by the Obama administration to overseas executive commendation for banks bailed out during the financial crisis. In 2010, Feinberg was later name as the administrator of the BP Deepwater Horizon Disaster Victim Compensation Fund.
