Duquesne Capital
Duquesne Capital is a $4 billion hedge fund started by Stanley Druckenmiller in 1981. Since the fund's founding, Duquesne has averaged 37% annually.
Mr. Druckenmiller was hired by George Soros in 1988 and worked at the Quantum Fund until 2000. He was instrumental in Soros' billion-dollar raid on the British pound in 1992. Mr. Druckenmiller is within the top 100 richest people in America with an estimated net worth of $3.5 billion. He attended Bowdoin College and holds BAs in English and economics.
