Wells Fargo analyst Connor Siversky upgraded National Health Investors (NYSE: NHI) from Equal Weight to Overweight with a price target of $63.00 (from $55.00).
The analyst comments "We are upgrading NHI to Overweight from Equal Weight and revising our price target to $63 from $55. NHI has made significant progress in working through tenant issues, and has clearly messaged expectations for Bickford, Discovery, and NHC. With a robust SHOP NOI ramp in play to bolster internal performance, we believe NHI is positioned to set its sights on building an investment pipeline, and leveraging a strong liquidity profile to drive external growth."
