Shares of Gap, Inc. (NYSE: GPS) are up about 0.7 percent in Tuesday's after-hours session following a late-day upgrade from Piper Jaffray's Jeffrey Klinefelter. The analyst now rates Gap shares an Overweight, up from Neutral previously, and raised his price target from $27 to $34.

With the stock last trading at $26.35, Klinefelter's new price target represents potential upside of about 29 percent.
