Penn National (PENN) Giving Up Gains Despite Gabelli Upgrade; Stock Down 3%

Despite an analyst upgrade this morning, shares of Penn National Gaming (Nasdaq: PENN) are moving lowering today following a 5% rise yesterday on the back of Q3 results and Q4 and FY09 guidance. The stock most recently traded at $27.76, down 3% from yesterday's close.

The upgrade came from Gabelli & Co., which lifted its investment rating on the stock from Hold to Buy.
