Jefferies upgraded Ross Stores, Inc. (NASDAQ: ROST) from Underperform to Hold and raised their price target from $60 to $75/
The firm states, "we think the operating improvements made over the last two years are more structural and less cyclical than we had previously believed. The company also has meaningful revenue visibility, and is well positioned to gain further market share when the consumer is faced with rising prices in 2H’11. We view risk/reward as fair at current valuation level."
