Jefferies upgraded Oshkosh (NYSE: OSK) from Hold to Buy with a price target of $26.00.
Analyst, Stephen Volkmann, said, "We are upgrading to Buy as OSK shares remain depressed despite gradually improving US commercial and construction markets. While a significant portion of sales and earnings have come from Defense markets, valuation now suggests that the market is ascribing a negative value to the Defense business."
