Goldman Sachs analyst Will Nance upgraded Fiserv (NYSE: FI) from Neutral to Buy with a price target of $260.00 (from $246.00).

The analyst comments "FI (Upgrade to Buy): We are moving off of the sidelines on FI and upgrading to Buy with a $260 price target for 18% upside. We see several product cycles across both segments driving an acceleration in the top line, driven by 1) international expansion and new vertical offerings in Clover, 2) several large Issuer processing customers coming online over the next 18 months, and 3) CashFlow Central, FI’s Small business banking suite rolling out in 2025 and continuing into 2026. With several opportunities to accelerate revenue growth over the next 12 months, we see valuation as attractive, with shares trading at just 18x 2026 EPS, and with a NTM FCF yield of roughly 5% on top of FI’s roughly mid teens EPS growth. We believe improved fundamentals in the bank technology space should also support the multiple as investors appreciate FI’s defensive bank software platform."
