Goldman Sachs upgraded Federated Investors (NYSE: FII) from Sell to Neutral with a price target of $17 (down from $18).
Goldman said rate risks are now priced in. In addition, the asset base "should prove more stable in a "loss averse" world (leading to a lower earnings risk profile), and recent flows/performance are also encouraging."
