Citi upgraded Huntsman (NYSE: HUN) from Neutral to Buy with a price target of $28.00.

Analyst P.J. Juvekar sees improving FCF and Venator optionality as a reason to be bullish. He also likes mgmt willingness to consider mergers as a means to increasing shareholder value.
