Citadel Securities upgraded Express Scripts (NASDAQ: ESRX) from Reduce to Neutral. PT maintained at $53.
Citadel analyst says, "Medco (NYSE: MHS) and ESRX shares are down 11% and 4% YTD, respectively, as investors have come to more fully appreciate a more challenging organic operating environment in the midst of a generic conversion dynamic. Also becoming more accepted is our view that UNH will likely announce this year bringing in-house its commercialrisk PBM contract. However, we believe current valuations more accurately reflect the environment and while ‘11 results will likely be financially engineered to meet expectations, the generic conversion wave theme could once again lure market participants in 2H11."
