Analyst Kevin McCarthy cited a 1) stable outlook for crop protection chemicals demand in 2015, 2) a relative lack of crude oil-related risk, 3) a likely cessation of negative revision to consensus EPS following pending diversiture of soda ash, 4) synergies and EPS accretion from $1.8 billion acquisition of Cheminova and 5) penitential or ongoing industry consolidation in CPC.
