Baird Upgrades Alexion Pharmaceuticals (ALXN) to Outperform; Getting Off The Sidelines

Baird upgraded Alexion Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: ALXN) to Outperform with a price target of $100.00.

Baird analyst says, "Valuation has long been our primary concern but we think this stock will continue to work higher so long as estimates are increasing and clinical events remain positive. Following that logic, even with management's characteristically cautious initial outlook we see sizeable upside to consensus and several meaningful pipeline readouts this year, providing little to hold this name back near term. As such, we think it works into the $100 range."
