NASDAQ (NASDAQ: NDAQ) announced it has halted trading in MaxsMaking Inc. (NASDAQ: MAMK) pending receipt of additional information requested from the company.
The trading halt follows a Securities and Exchange Commission suspension of MAMK trading from November 17, 2025, through December 1, 2025. The company's shares last traded at $13.00 before the initial SEC suspension.
Trading in MaxsMaking shares will remain halted until the company satisfies NASDAQ's request for additional information, according to the exchange's statement.
The SEC's trading suspension order preceded NASDAQ's current halt, though the specific reasons for either action were not detailed in the announcement.
