Sodastream International (Nasdaq: SODA) shares are popping above the $39 level today on stronger volume.
Nothing specific is out about SodaStream, though peer Green Mountain (Nasdaq: GMCR) is also up well on the session.
The $39 level proved to be a point of resistance for the shares over the last few weeks. In addition, SodaStream is getting above the 50-day SMA level, currently at $38.96.
Shares are 4.5 percent higher in afternoon trading.
