Yoshiharu Global announces 4-for-1 stock split effective July 31

Yoshiharu Global Co. (NASDAQ: YOSH) announced its Board of Directors authorized a 4-for-1 forward stock split of the company's Class A and Class B Common Stock, according to a press release statement.

Shareholders holding stock as of the July 28, 2025 record date will receive three additional shares for each share owned. The additional shares will be distributed after market close on July 30, 2025, with trading on a post-split basis beginning July 31, 2025.

The stock will continue trading on The Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol "YOSH" with no change to the par value of $0.001 per share. VStock Transfer will serve as the transfer and exchange agent for the stock split and will issue new certificates representing the additional shares.

The company stated the stock split is intended to encourage interest in its Class A Common Stock and promote greater liquidity for stockholders. Yoshiharu will cover the costs associated with canceling old certificates and issuing new split-adjusted certificates.

Yoshiharu operates as a restaurant company specializing in Japanese ramen and rolls, currently owning and operating 15 restaurants across Southern California and Las Vegas. The company began operations in 2016.
