Steakholder Foods adjusts ADS ratio in a 1-for-3 reverse split
Steakholder Foods Ltd. (Nasdaq: STKH) announced a adjustment to its American Depositary Share ratio, effective July 27, 2026, changing the ratio from one ADS representing 4,000 ordinary shares to one ADS representing 12,000 ordinary shares.
The adjustment functions as a one-for-three reverse ADS split for existing holders. The Bank of New York Mellon, the depositary bank for the company's ADS program, will exchange every three existing ADSs for one new ADS on the effective date. No action is required from ADS holders.
The company's ADSs will continue trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker "STKH" with an updated CUSIP number of 583435508. No additional ADSs will be issued in connection with the adjustment.
Fractional shares resulting from the adjustment will be aggregated, and the depositary bank will attempt to sell them and distribute the net proceeds to the respective ADS holders.
