INLIF implements 1-for-16 share combination for Nasdaq compliance
INLIF LIMITED (NASDAQ: INLF) announced its board of directors approved a 1-for-16 share combination of all authorized and issued ordinary shares, effective April 6, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time.
The share combination will consolidate every 16 shares into 1 share, reducing Class A ordinary shares outstanding to 13,025,000 shares and Class B ordinary shares to 781,250 shares. The company's authorized share capital will become $350,000 divided into 209,375,000 Class A ordinary shares and 9,375,000 Class B ordinary shares, each with a par value of $0.0016.
INLF shares will continue trading on Nasdaq under the symbol "INLF" and begin trading on a consolidation-adjusted basis when markets open April 6. The new CUSIP number for Class A ordinary shares will be G4808M118.
The company filed its Fifth Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of Association with the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands to reflect the changes. The action follows shareholder authorization granted at an extraordinary general meeting on January 9, 2026.
INLIF stated the share combination represents a measure to maintain compliance with Nasdaq's continued listing requirements and strengthen its long-term capital structure.
The China-based company operates through Ewatt Robot Equipment Co. Ltd. and engages in research, development, manufacturing and sales of injection molding machine-dedicated manipulator arms. INLIF produces transverse single and double-axis manipulator arms, transverse and longitudinal multi-axis manipulator arms, and large bullhead multi-axis manipulator arms.
