IM Cannabis completes 30-to-1 share consolidation on Nasdaq

IM Cannabis Corp. (Nasdaq: IMCC) announced that its common shares began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on a 30-to-1 post-consolidated basis on Aug. 27, 2026, while retaining the ticker symbol "IMCC."

As a result of the consolidation, the company's total common shares outstanding were reduced from 18,567,650 to 618,899 shares. No fractional shares were issued; fractions equal to or greater than one-half were rounded up to the nearest whole share, while fractions below one-half were cancelled. The exercise and conversion prices of outstanding convertible securities were adjusted proportionately.

The company's new CUSIP number is 44969Q505 and its new ISIN is CA44969Q5059. Computershare Investor Services Inc., the company's registrar and transfer agent, mailed letters of transmittal to registered shareholders of record as of Aug. 27, 2026, with instructions for exchanging pre-consolidation share certificates. Beneficial holders who hold shares through intermediaries are not required to take any action.

IM Cannabis operates a medical cannabis platform in Israel and Germany, where it distributes cannabis to pharmacies through its subsidiary Adjupharm GmbH.
