SES buys back 213,167 shares for equity compensation plan
SES (Paris: SESG), the Luxembourg-based satellite operator, repurchased 213,167 of its shares between June 2 and June 23, 2026, as part of its Equity Based Compensation Plan (EBCP), according to a company statement.
The buybacks were executed across multiple trading sessions on three exchanges: Euronext (ENX), Cboe Europe (DXE), and Euronext Paris (XPAR). Weighted average acquisition prices ranged from €7.22 to €8.88 per share over the period.
The largest single-day volume occurred on June 2, when a combined 100,000 shares were purchased across DXE and ENX at weighted average prices of €8.8727 and €8.8556, respectively. Subsequent purchases were made on June 5, June 15, June 17, and June 23, with prices declining over the period to a low of €7.22 on the final transaction date.
