Manhattan Associates increases share repurchase program to $500 million

Manhattan Associates Inc. (NASDAQ: MANH) announced that its board of directors approved an increase in the company's common share repurchase authority from $100 million to $500 million, effective immediately.
The Atlanta-based supply chain technology company may make repurchases in the open market at prices and in quantities as management determines are in the company's interests, according to the company statement.
The repurchase plan does not have a fixed expiration date and does not obligate Manhattan Associates to acquire any particular amount of common stock. The program may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time.
Manhattan Associates provides supply chain and omnichannel commerce solutions. The company develops cloud-based software solutions for enterprise customers.
