Havas reports share buyback progress under €50 million program
Havas N.V. (EURONEXT: HAVAS) reported transaction details for its €50 million share buyback program that was announced on May 28, 2025.
The communications company repurchased 3,827 shares between April 27, 2026, and May 1, 2026, at an average price of €16.1836 per share.
As of May 1, 2026, Havas has repurchased a total of 15,347,253 shares under the buyback program for €2.0372 million, accounting for a reverse stock split that occurred on November 18, 2025.
The company publishes weekly updates on the share buyback program progress every Monday on its investor relations website, according to the statement.
Havas is a global communications group founded in 1835, operating in over 100 countries with approximately 23,000 employees.
