Greenlane Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: GNLN) announced a $2 million share repurchase program and provided an update on its digital asset holdings. The company's board authorized the buyback program, which does not obligate the company to repurchase any specific number of shares.

As of April 7, 2026, Greenlane held approximately 77.9 million units of BERA, representing about 32% of the circulating supply according to CoinMarketCap data. The company purchased approximately 7.5 million units of BERA between February 27 and April 7, 2026.

The company deployed 50 million BERA units across multiple validator operators and has earned 1.46 million units in cumulative protocol rewards since October 2025. Greenlane has deployed substantially all of its liquid BERA holdings through Proof of Liquidity staking and validator participation.

Greenlane reported $32.5 million in cash and cash equivalents, including $22.8 million in stablecoins, and $36.6 million in digital assets at fair value as of December 31, 2025. The company carried $7.2 million in total liabilities with no outstanding debt and total stockholders' equity of $67.7 million.

Under the repurchase program, the company may buy back shares through open market purchases, privately negotiated transactions, or block trades in accordance with federal securities laws. The timing and amount of repurchases will depend on factors including market price, economic conditions, and liquidity requirements.

"Our conviction in Berachain continues to deepen," said CEO Jason Hitchcock. "The share repurchase program we're announcing today reflects our conviction in the underlying asset value and our commitment to enhancing shareholder value."

The repurchase program has no fixed expiration date and may be modified or terminated by the board at any time. Any repurchased shares will be retired and returned to authorized but unissued status.
