Graco Inc. (NYSE: GGG) announced its board of directors authorized a new share repurchase program for up to 15 million shares of common stock and increased its quarterly dividend by 7.3 percent.
The Minneapolis-based fluid equipment manufacturer will acquire shares primarily through open-market purchases and accelerated share repurchase transactions over an indefinite period. The company has approximately 165.1 million shares outstanding.
The new authorization supplements approximately 8 million shares remaining under a previous share repurchase program announced in December 2018.
Graco declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.295 per common share, payable February 4, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 19, 2026.
The company designs, manufactures and markets systems and equipment to move, measure, control, dispense and spray fluid and powder materials for industrial and commercial applications. Graco serves customers in manufacturing, processing, construction and maintenance industries worldwide.
