GOL Linhas Aereas Inteligentes S.A. (NYSE: GOL) has authorized a buyback for up to 9,493,188 preferred shares, representing 10% of the total number of preferred shares outstanding in the market, in accordance with the terms of CVM Instruction No. 10/80.
